Gravity roller conveyors are stationary conveyors recommended for staging products on shipping lines or in assembly areas, loading and unloading trucks, or moving products around the warehouse. These fixed conveyors are a great way to expand your existing shipping or packing lines or can be the ideal system for large volume order picking in pick modules or other dedicated pick/pack areas. Stationary conveyors are very similar to expandable conveyors but are not as versatile and are fixed in design.

Gravity roller conveyors come in a variety of styles to accommodate your needs. Depending on the weight of your products, gravity roller conveyors can be purchased in Light-Duty, Medium-Duty, and Heavy-Duty variations. The rollers are also available in either Skate Wheel or Steel Roller styles.
