Account Administrator / Customer Support Associate Job Duties
This person is accountable for creating estimates and purchase orders for customers and sales staff. They report directly to the office manager or CSR lead.
- Assist customers and sales staff by providing pricing on products / services and issuing estimates, sales order and/or invoices to customers.
- Assists with answering phones in a polite, courteous manner
- Greets and assists walk-in customers; provide the customer with a quote or direct them to sales staff
- Act as liaison to customers and our internal sales reps
- Attend sales calls when necessary to address RFP or project management type activities
- Assist sales staff by creating / processing POs for material / services from vendors
- Provide excellent customer service to our phone / walk-in customers
- Provide knowledgable answers to questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status
- Assists with Will-Call window, as needed
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Previous industry experience preferred (Pallet Racking & Material Handling Systems)

QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Graduate
· Two years of customer service experience
· Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop experience preferred
· Maintains quality service by following organization standards
· Maintains safe and clean work environment
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and keeps a positive work attitude.
· Assists other departments as needed.
